Professor Edina Becirevic

Professor Becirevic conducts research is on the social causes of the war and genocide in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995 and transitional justice in the complex, post-war period. Her book, Na Drini Genocid (Genocide on the Drina River) was published by Buybook Sarajevo in 2009 and is currently being translated to English. She is the president of the Atlantic Initiative, one of the leading NGO’s in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
